Reports

BMA's operations are sustainable and as a company we are proud of the benefits we generate for an array of stakeholders, and the attention we pay to minimising impacts on people and the environment. However we need to continually scrutinise our performance and strive to improve it - for BMA this is part of becoming a more sucessful company.

BMA produces an annual Sustainable Development Report which outlines our health, safety, environmental management and community activites for the previous financial year. Our first report was released in 2003/4, our the third year of operations as BMA, and provides the beginnings of a meaningful data set on key sustainability factors. We also continue to contribute to BHP Billiton's consolidated annual Health, Safety, Environment and Community Report.

We also produced a report summarising our community investment activities in 2007. The report outlines the range of programs and activites we are investing in and how we are working with government and communities to further improve the facilities and services in our communities.
